As a Business Partnership Manager (BPM), you'll work with leading publishers focused on paid media. The role includes identifying relevant potential clients, evaluating opportunities, creating partnerships, scaling clients' media activity on TikTok, and serving as a trusted advisor to your partners. You will serve as a trusted advocate, connecting key stakeholders, providing inspiration and insights, and driving collaboration that fosters long-term client partnerships and growth. You will oversee day-to-day client relationships and ensure the success of advertiser investments. As a proactive partner, you'll identify opportunities and offer solutions that exceed client expectations, securing future investments.
This role is based in Tel Aviv.

Responsibilities
Business Development & Growth
- Identify, onboard, and grow strategic partnerships with search arbitrage advertisers, affiliates, publishers,and lead-gen companies.
- Build and maintain a high quality pipeline focused on onboarding new advertisers to TikTok Ads, driving revenue growth and achieving performance targets.
- Own end to end partner relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted business partner.
- Operational Excellence & Campaign Management
- Develop joint business plans with partners aligned with clear performance KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, and revenue growth.
- Provide ongoing performance insights, strategic guidance, and commercial consulting to scale partner activity.
- Lead end to end campaign execution in close collaboration with Client Solutions, ensuring TikTok advertising solutions are tailored to affiliate-driven advertisers.

Internal Infrastructure & Execution
- Build and scale internal processes, operating models, and workflows to support sustainable business growth and operational excellence.
- Define clear ownership, KPIs, and ways of working to enable efficient execution and long term scalability.

Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with cross functional teams including Strategy, Policy, Product, Creative, Data, and Marketing to remove blockers and improve performance.
- Represent TikTok as a thought leader in the affiliate and performance marketing ecosystem through pitches, case studies, and industry engagement.
- Bring market and partner insights back into the organization to inform product development, tooling, and workflow improvements.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience working with Search Arbitrage advertisers, affiliates, publishers, and lead-gen companies.
- Proven experience in Business Development in the Ad Tech industry.
- Strong background in performance marketing with hands-on experience in revenue share, CPA, and performance-based commercial models.
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence through cross-functional collaboration and project leadership.
- Strong consultative mindset with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and align media execution with business objectives.
- Deep understanding of the digital advertising and affiliate ecosystem.
- Data-driven, results-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with feed providers, large scale aggregators, or Amazon Associates ecosystems.
- Entrepreneurial, self starter mindset with the ability to operate in a fast paced and evolving environment.
