Our team aims to connect with our client partners, industry stakeholders and drive growth for their businesses using TikTok's suite of products & services. We will work with cross-functional teams such as Product, Sales , Marketing, Trust & Safety, Global Marketing & manage an annual calendar for SEA Team to activate several touch points to communicate our core value proposition of a trusted entertainment platform that drives impact.
Your Role
We're looking for a strategic and results-driven SEA GBM Marketing Leader to drive business growth across Southeast Asia. This role will lead regional marketing strategy, accelerate demand generation, and partner closely with Sales and Product to deliver measurable revenue impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute regional marketing strategies across SEA markets
- Drive end-to-end demand generation and pipeline growth
- Localize global campaigns for market relevance and impact
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Global teams
- Build strong brand presence and thought leadership
- Manage and grow a high-performing regional team
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in B2B / tech / platform marketing
- Proven track record in driving revenue through marketing
- Strong understanding of Southeast Asia markets
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience of building and leading a marketing & brand department at a commercial organisation
- Experience managing change and working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience working with global partners in different time zones & cultures
