JOB DESCRIPTION

Location: Abbotsford, Yarra Falls (Hybrid)

Start date: 4th June

You'll join a friendly, high-performing Utilities Customer Service team, acting as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and webchat. Your focus will be delivering excellent customer experiences through accurate processing, strong communication, and strict adherence to established processes. Some of your key responsibilities may include:

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and webchat, consistently exceeding customer expectations
• Achieve first-call resolution by following defined processes
• Identify customers with complex needs and refer them to appropriate support services
• Deliver high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders
• Participate actively in team meetings and knowledge-sharing forums
• Take ownership of personal development and continuous improvement
• Identify and contribute to improvements in productivity, quality, and service delivery

• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to process adherence
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Ability to learn quickly and work confidently across multiple IT systems
• Strong problem-solving skills with a logical, methodical approach
• High energy, initiative, and motivation to succeed
