Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to support delivery through development and deployment of tools.

Title: PRTG

Total years of experience: 7yrs to 10yrs

Must have skill: PRGT,SNMP

• Provide L3 support for network and monitoring related issues
• Own and manage monitoring platforms, primarily PRTG
• Work on SNMP (v2/v3) device onboarding, troubleshooting, and optimization
• Support Telemetry integrations, including Grafana dashboards
• Handle NDT SNMP v3 Agent deployments and maintenance
• Manage data extractor tools and SLA reporting tools
• Ensure monitoring accuracy, reduced false alerts, and SLA compliance
• Use Freshservice ITSM for incident, problem, and change management
• Lead and mentor L1/L2 engineers; provide technical guidance
• Act as primary point of contact for stakeholder coordination

Support incident bridges, RCA preparation, and operational reviews
