Junior PTP Officer with Spanish
Infosys Poland Sp. z o.o. - Łódź - Hybrid

We are looking for a candidate with:
Very good verbal and written communication skills in English & Spanish (essential for client's communication purposes)
Problem solving, result-oriented, eye to detail
Clear understand of the big picture as well as data related details and strong analytical skills.
Very good teamwork
Handling multi and ad-hoc tasks
Customer orientation and proactive approach
Stress resistance
Good Excel knowledge

Your key activities:
Invoice processing (PO and NON-PO in IMAP)
Handling bank statements and reconciliation on vendor's account
Open items analysis
Handling client queries
Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
Effective communication and maintaining professional relations with customers, suppliers, and co-workers
Prepare and maintain a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
Reaching the business (Service Level Agreement) and personal targets
