S&P Senior Officer with French

Requirements:
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Experience in similar position min 6 months
- Willingness to work with client (via phone/mail) and proactive approach
- Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively with others
- Handling multi and ad-hoc tasks
- Additional experience or educational background in procurement /logistics/Supply Chain would be an asset
- Language: French - B2 and English - min B2 (essential for client communication purposes)
- SAP knowledge nice to have

Responsibilities:
Responding to queries and solving problems relating to Purchase Requests
Maintaining communication and professional relations with customers, suppliers and co-workers
Invoice processing and handling
Providing high quality reports
Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
Prepare and maintain a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
Reaching the business (Service Level Agreement) and personal targets
