Finance Business Partners Senior Professional

The opportunity:
As part of the evolution of Hitachi Energy's finance data and analytics operating model, we are now looking for a new Application Manager of Local Analytics on CP&O's behalf. In this position you will be assuming ownership over an SAP-based reporting application while reporting directly to the Head of Digital & CI of CP&O. Through strong cross-functional collaboration and attentiveness to business needs, you will in this position help to shape the future of Hitachi Energy's reporting landscape and the way we utilize our Digital Core.

How you'll make an impact:

• Lead the application and its development team to cover existing and future reporting demands.
• Leverage connections with CP&O-, FP&A-, SAP CoE-, and business stakeholders to shape the application.
• Help translate complex business requirements and expectations into technical requirements.
• Oversee the construction of semantic models in line with the business requirements.
• Track the progress of new developments and lead the application in line with the company's aspirations.
• Proactively manage the application to identify risks and opportunities before they materialize.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

• Qualification into B.Sc., or M.Sc. in Business Administration, Finance, or IT.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Analytics, Controlling, and/or IT space.
• Strong degree of ownership is backed by a firm grasp of Hitachi Energy's business structures.
• Strong familiarity with SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD), their respective tables, and the value flow throughout.
• Previous experience with PBI Semantic models, Databricks, and/or Azure DevOps is seen as an advantage.
• Previous leadership experience (direct/indirect) is also advantageous.
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
