## About the Role

As a Full Stack Developer Intern at FutureSight, you will work collaboratively with our studio team on various projects for our clients and new startup initiatives. We are looking for someone with a proactive "Let's roll up our sleeves and get it done" attitude. The ideal candidate should demonstrate energy, passion, and a "can-do" attitude, along with excellent engagement and communication skills.

## Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications - Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, coding, testing, and deployment - Assist in troubleshooting and debugging issues to improve application performance and reliability - Contribute to code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices - Support the integration of third-party APIs and services into existing applications - Help prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user manuals - Participate in team meetings and provide valuable input and feedback - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the adoption of best practices - Provide support to other members of the production team

## Key Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and proficiency in languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java - Experience with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js, and back-end frameworks like Node.js, Django, or Spring Boot - Knowledge of database management systems, particularly SQL and NoSQL databases - Familiarity with RESTful API design and development - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in ChatGPT and similar generative AI tools

## Nice to Have

- Proficiency in Polish language for effective communication - Previous experience in mentoring - Experience with version control systems
