## About the Role

As a Web Designer (UX/UI) at FutureSight, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects for our clients and new startup initiatives, contributing to the creation of exceptional user experiences and visually stunning interfaces.

## Key Responsibilities

- Work directly on client projects as a multi-disciplined designer - Create user-centric UX/UI designs for websites, ensuring seamless and enjoyable user experiences - Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts effectively - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to bring designs from concept to implementation - Ensure designs are responsive and compatible with various devices and screen sizes - Develop visually compelling graphics and layouts while maintaining brand consistency - Conduct UX research and gather feedback to iteratively enhance and optimize designs - Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices - Establish design guidelines, standards, and usability and accessibility best practices - Support other members of the production team

## Key Requirements

- Proven experience with a strong portfolio showcasing previous web design projects and a minimum of 4 years of experience in web design - Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and prototyping tools like Sketch, Figma, WordPress - Basic understanding of HTML and CSS to effectively communicate with developers - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles - Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively - Keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, pixel-perfect designs - Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Proficiency in ChatGPT and similar generative AI tools - Experience with AI tools for workflow automation and creativity (e.g., DALL-E, OpenAI API)

## Nice to Have

- Proficiency in Polish language - Degree in graphic design, web design, or related field
