Job Description

• Drive high-volume outbound outreach to secure new partnerships.
• Ensure every merchant is activation-ready, guiding them through the setup process until they are fully functional and ready for handover.
• Maintain real-time CRM accuracy and pipeline transparency.
• Monitor the online presence and initial order volume of new sign-ups.
• Proactively coordinate with internal tech and operations teams to smash activation hurdles, ensuring a stable transition to our Growth teams.
• Gather insights on competitor offerings and vendor pain points during every call.
• Bring energy and a solution-oriented mindset to every interaction

Qualifications

• Graduated with a higher diploma or a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other related fields.
• Has relevant experience in sales and prior experience working with restaurants.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.
• Knowledge of the local market and potential client base.
• Proficient in using Email, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace (G Suite).
• A positive, energetic attitude and willingness to engage with new clients.
