15.6.63 - SR. QA/QC ENGINEER

Qualification:

Bachelors degree in an Engineering discipline from an internationally recognized

University, preferably a Mechanical degree. Masters degree is also preferable.

Membership of a recognised Professional Institution of relevance is preferable.

Experience:

Minimum fifteen (15) years of relevant QA/QC experience in Oil & Gas projects, including

a solid offshore experience, minimum 5 years in similar senior position.

Qualified as Lead ISO 9001 Auditor. Professional qualifications relevant to quality is

desirable. Working knowledge and experience with international codes and standards

relevant to quality.

Familiar with development of quality management systems, quality assurance & control

relevant to Oil and Gas or Infrastructure and Civil projects during engineering

development, procurement, construction & commissioning.

Working knowledge in the manufacturing inspection and certification processes for

equipment/ materials in projects and the associated Quality Assurance and Quality Control

practices.

Working knowledge in offshore construction, welding & NDE (conventional and nonconventional techniques) is essential.

Proficient in the English language (both written & spoken).

Leadership skills to motivate and organise Project and Contractors quality & Inspection

Teams to achieve a high-performance level
