Head of Commissioning (Topsides and STP) Offshore (O-1545-Q) - 2

Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Applied Sciences or Engineering

Knowledge and/or Experience

10 years experience in various project phases such as engineering, procurement and construction, within large-scale commissioning projects in the oil and gas industry, including 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles, oversight of service/vendor personnel.

Experience with Oil & Gas companies, Contractors, or Service Companies.

Knowledge in projects execution, engineering, operations, pre-commissioning, commissioning and systems completion.

Expert in engineering design standards, specifications, codes, operating equipment in the Oil & Gas industry, and appropriate safety criteria.

Experience in contract specification compliance requirements, including codes and standards.

Experience with vendors operating in the LNG industry, such as compressors, power generation, control systems, topsides, etc.

Experience with start-up support to operations.

Experience in managing oil and gas facilities commissioning project from preparation stage, commissioning execution and provide support for start-up and performance test of the facility specially WHP topside.

Experiences with handling interface work and SIMOPS with internal organization and other contractors.

Experiences of handling system completion workflow process, system completion database of major project at many locations such as fabrication yard, onshore and offshore including handover from project team to operations, interface within internal organization and familiar with system completion database ICAPS and commissioning methodology.

Experience of handling EPC contractors, sub-contractors and vendors involved in the oil and gas industry and familiar with preparation of work pack and job card for offshore HUC campaign and worldwide experience with contractors or under company.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to communicate and interact within a PMT.

Experience with preservation activities from construction warehouse to RFSU Experience with pipeline inspection
