Sr Engineering (Power & Energy) Recruiter with US experience

This is a permanent remote position from India only. You will be working for the world's biggest Engineering consulting firm. We are seeking an experienced Engineering Recruiter with a strong background in recruiting for power, infrastructure, renewable energy, utilities, and environmental engineering roles. The ideal candidate understands the technical landscape of the energy and environmental sectors and can identify top engineering talent across disciplines such as power systems, grid infrastructure, environmental compliance, and renewable energy.

Requirements

Mandatory Skills:

Deep understanding of power, infrastructure, renewable energy, utilities, and environmental engineering roles in North AmericaExperience supporting North American clients. Strong sourcing and networking abilities to engage passive candidates effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
