We are seeking an Product Manager tojoin our growing team. This position will be a critical in supporting digitalproducts and executing on plans with engineering.
The candidate must have apassion for developing digital and technology powered products that blendseamlessly with customers’ workflows and provide the right information at theright time. The individual must possess technical expertise, project and stakeholdermanagement experience and have strong working knowledge of engineering, agilesoftware development and support processes. The ideal candidate will be aself-starter, driven to constantly look for ways to improve their products tooptimize journeys, tackle pain points and drive up their KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own a set of existing,proprietary Valuation & Advisory Services products, maintaining andenhancing these in line with business and user priorities
- Working with the ProductManagement team to balance business and customer needs. Ensures prioritizationand trade-off discussions are customer-focused
- Own the product roadmap andset sprint goals that are measurable and outcome-orientated
- Working with local/offshoreagile (Scrum) development teams, act as the Product Owner - write and groomuser stories, maintain the product backlog and deliver measurable, incrementalvalue to users and the business
- Become a point of authorityfor a product; identify and measure its KPIs, constantly identify and deliveropportunities to improve and measure uplift
- Engage with users to carryout research and testing to identify and interpret needs and pain points
- Define Product learningagenda and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success/failure
- Regularly and systematicallyuse data to uncover opportunities, track product performance, and drivedecision-making
- 1 - 3 years’ experience in a Jnr ProductManager/Owner position within a digital environment
- Data-driven and proactive in identifyingproblems early and prioritizing deliverables
- Good combination of technical and businessbackground, having worked closely with end users to gather requirements andwith Engineering team to translate these into user stories that can bedeveloped and tested against
- Well-versed in Agile (Scrum) and Leanmethodologies
- Demonstrable experience managing stakeholdersfrom a wide range of teams and levels of seniority
- Understanding the principles and importance ofgood user experience
- Excellent written and verbal communicationskills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field of workor equivalent work experience
- Experience with building and deployingproducts across multiple localities, and in environments with users resistantto change
- Experience working with UX and Design teamsand passionate about creating user-centric experiences
- Confidence to run workshops to share knowledgeand experience with colleagues from Product team
- Good technical understanding of digitalplatforms including analytics, databases, cloud technology
- Experience of Commercial Real Estate and ExcelBased Model solutions is ideal.
- Self-motivated, smart and willingness to learn
- Ability to build effective relationshipsacross a range of business levels and communicate clearly
- Ability to find simple solutions to complexproblems with the user at the heart
- Ability to make effective decisions, managestakeholders and control a product’s direction whilst handling conflictingopinions
- Able to manage multiple tasks and performunder pressure against tight deadlines and targets
- Eye for detail and a willingness to go theextra mile to achieve best possible results
