Position Overview:

As an Account Manager within Acadia’s Accelerator (CRUSH) team, you will lead a cross-functional team to deliver Profit & Loss (P&L) outcomes for your clients. You’ll partner closely with brands to set ambitious growth targets, identify the right levers across Amazon and the broader retail media ecosystem, and collaborate with internal teams (advertising, SEO, creative, brand ops, and more) to execute against those goals. This role blends strategic thinking, client leadership, and operational execution to drive best-in-class performance on Amazon.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients to set clear business objectives and delivery targets.
  • Identify and prioritize growth levers, including pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, advertising optimizations, product assortment improvements, and listing enhancements.
  • Lead and collaborate with a cross-functional team to execute tactics that align with client goals.
  • Monitor brand performance regularly against sales and contribution margin targets, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure success.
  • Evaluate and communicate performance insights to clients, fostering strong relationships and trust.
  • Stay current on Amazon trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.


What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in e-commerce account management, specifically in Amazon Account Management (Seller Central and/ or Vendor Central)
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze data, set goals, and develop actionable strategies to meet client objectives. Experience in driving revenue and enhancing brand presence on Amazon preferred.
  • Collaboration: Strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams and build effective client relationships.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Results-Driven: A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a track record of delivering against ambitious goals.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, advertising platforms, and analytics tools is a plus.
