The Product Analytics team plays a critical role in guiding product decisions through rigorous data and customer intuition. This team defines performance metrics, discovers friction points in the user journey, and builds analytical plans that empower product growth and innovation.
What You Will Do …
- Use data and product intuition to proactively identify user journey friction points before they escalate.
- Define and maintain KPIs for your workstream to ensure measurement of behaviors that drive product growth.
- Develop and own the team’s analytical roadmap balancing immediate stakeholder demands with long-term data improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Design to build data-backed solutions that solve user problems.
- Lead, energize, and mentor your team with a focus on technical excellence, storytelling, and accountability for results.
- 6+ years of experience in Product Analytics or Data Science, with a proven ability to solve complex problems and navigate ambiguity.
- High-level proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and Tableau, comfortable diving into technical details when needed.
- Deep methodological rigor with experience in techniques such as A/B testing and cohort analysis to derive high-impact insights.
- Skilled at synthesizing complex data into actionable points of view that influence Product and Business stakeholders.
- A balance of data-driven reasoning and practical intuition, with a bias for action and creative problem-solving to move the product forward.
