Are you?
a proactive and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate and qualify new business opportunities that drive company growth. In this role, you will identify prospective customers, conduct outreach through calls, emails, and other channels, assess their needs, and determine their potential fit with our products or services. As the first point of contact, you will build strong initial relationships, maintain accurate CRM records, and collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a healthy and consistent sales pipeline. This position is ideal for a resilient, self-driven individual who is eager to develop strong communication, prospecting, and foundational sales skills in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome (0–1 year experience in sales, business development, or telemarketing is a plus).
- Strong communication skills.
- Good persuasion ability.
- Target-driven mindset.
- Experience in Fintech, Payment Gateway, or SaaS.
- Familiar with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc).
- Experience in cold calling or telesales.
- Basic understanding of Digital Payments (QRIS, Virtual Account, etc).
- Have good communication and persuasion skills.
- Possesses strong active listening skills.
- Has basic sales skills, including prospecting and qualifying potential leads.
- Demonstrates effective time management abilities.
- Exhibits resilience and persistence in achieving targets and handling challenges.
- Identify and research potential merchants (online and offline).
- Source leads through multiple channels: Cold Calls, Emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp.
- Initiate contact with prospective clients.
- Deliver concise product introductions and value propositions.
- Perform consistent follow-ups to nurture leads.
- Understand prospect needs and business models.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
- Schedule meetings for the Account Executive / Sales team.
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM.
- CRM tools (HubSpot / Salesforce).
- Google Workspace / Excel.
- WhatsApp Business / Email tools.
- LinkedIn.
