We are seeking a highly entrepreneurial and data-driven TikTok Shop Account Manager to lead growth and execution for our clients TikTok Shop business. This role requires a strong mix of e-commerce business acumen, creator/affiliate ecosystem knowledge, agency management, campaign execution, and operational ownership.
The ideal candidate understands how to drive revenue through social commerce by combining creator partnerships, affiliate strategy, content-driven selling, merchandising, promotions, and performance optimization.
This role will serve as the key point of contact managing external TikTok Shop agencies, creators, affiliates, and platform partners while driving overall business performance.
Candidates may come from the TikTok Shop ecosystem, creator/affiliate agencies, social commerce brands, creator management, marketplace/e-commerce, or digital marketing backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
TikTok Shop Business Management
- Own and manage our clients TikTok Shop business performance and growth strategy.
- Drive GMV growth through creator commerce, affiliate programs, promotions, and merchandising initiatives.
- Monitor and optimize key business metrics including GMV, ROAS, CVR, AOV, traffic, affiliate contribution, and profitability.
- Identify growth opportunities across assortment, pricing, promotions, livestreaming, and creator partnerships.
Agency Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external TikTok Shop agencies and partners.
- Manage agency deliverables, timelines, KPIs, reporting, and overall performance.
- Hold agencies accountable for creator recruitment, affiliate scaling, content execution, and sales performance.
- Evaluate agency effectiveness and continuously optimize ways of working, processes, and outputs.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication between agencies and internal teams including marketing, operations, inventory, and creative.
Creator & Affiliate Strategy
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage creators and affiliates aligned with the brand.
- Build scalable creator seeding and affiliate growth programs.
- Develop strategies to increase creator participation, content output, livestream activity, and conversion performance.
- Partner with creators, agencies, and affiliate networks to scale product visibility and sales.
- Track creator and affiliate performance and optimize commission/incentive structures.
Campaign & Commercial Execution
- Execute platform campaigns, seasonal activations, product launches, and mega sales events.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across content, operations, inventory, promotions, and creator timelines.
- Manage TikTok Shop merchandising, product assortment, pricing, bundles, coupons, and flash sale participation.
- Ensure operational readiness for campaigns and high-traffic events.
Content & Social Commerce Optimization
- Collaborate with creators, agencies, and internal teams to improve content effectiveness and conversion.
- Help shape TikTok-native content strategies that align with consumer trends and platform best practices.
- Identify emerging social commerce trends, creator behaviors, and viral opportunities.
Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze performance data and generate actionable business insights.
- Build regular business reviews and performance reports for leadership.
- Use data to diagnose issues, improve efficiency, and identify scalable growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in:
- TikTok Shop
- Social commerce
- E-commerce/marketplace management
- Creator or affiliate marketing
- Agency account management
- Digital marketing
- Strong understanding of the TikTok creator and affiliate ecosystem.
- Experience managing agencies, creators, influencers, or affiliate partners.
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset with the ability to connect content performance to business outcomes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing TikTok Shop accounts for wellness, supplements, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Familiarity with livestream commerce and creator-led selling strategies.
- Understanding of social commerce promotional mechanics and marketplace operations.
- Experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center, affiliate tools, creator outreach, and campaign management.
- Experience working with TikTok Shop agencies or creator management firms.
- Knowledge of performance marketing and e-commerce analytics tools is a plus.
Compensation:
$115,000 to $125,000 per year annual salary.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
