Overview / Purpose Of The Position
- To identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry research, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and solutions are delivered effectively.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress using Salesforce tools
- Articulate why BSI Assurance Certification is the market leader in assurance business.
- Apply product features and benefits to customers’ needs to win business.
- Articulate BSI’s Certification products and qualifications to generate returning client sales.
- Can articulate to clients the value of using the portfolio of BSI products and services to meet their needs.
- Able to demonstrate high quality and reliability in the delivery of the activity.
- Min of 3 years of solid experience in Sales
- Min of 1-year commercial experience in the assurance business in the ID market. A good grasp of the ISO assurance certification market will be an added advantage.
- Proven track record of Assurance Certification business with a proven revenue growth record.
- Deep social media and digital marketing knowledge and proven experience.
- Excellent in presentation skills.
- Exemplify a high level of compliance in accordance with the business requirements

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented, clear, and open-minded
- Bachelor’s degree and above
- Ability to manage workloads effectively, including balancing projects and changing priorities
- Well organized and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Highly motivated and passionate
