Responsibilities
- Focus on hunter activities by identifying, approaching, and acquiring new B2B customers and business opportunities.
- Actively develop new corporate accounts and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive revenue growth and long-term partnerships.
- Conduct client meetings, business presentations, negotiations, and partnership discussions.
- Follow up closely on ongoing projects, quotations, orders, payments, and operational matters to ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support business operations and customer needs.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales pipeline and business development reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
- Strong hunter mindset with proven experience in acquiring new customers and developing new business.
- Experienced in handling corporate clients and maintaining long-term business relationships.
- Good negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong follow-up and project coordination skills.
- Target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English communication skills would be an advantage.
