  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
  • Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
  • Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our product
  • Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value
  • Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect
  • Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science / IT Field
  • Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Target oriented and able to work under deadline
  • Have a knowledge to 3Dolphins Product included Chatbot, Omni Channel, and Whatsapp Broadcast
  • Set target and strategy of sales
  • To deliver high quality services to the Clients
  • Building relation with all client and prospective clients
  • Follow up and monitoring clients need fulfilment
