Successful candidates must be able to commit to either of the following Internships

Responsibilities:

This role is an AI CRM Product Operations Intern position, with a strong focus on AI product implementation, AI agent operations, and GTM execution. It is not a traditional marketing/sales support or coding role.

You Will Be Directly Involved In:

  • Driving the implementation of AI CRM products in real business scenarios
  • Operating and configuring core capabilities such as AI Agents, Sequences, and Assignment logic
  • Supporting GTM execution during product iterations through hands-on operations and data support
  • Assist in executing the GTM strategy for AI CRM products, including market research, competitive analysis, and sales enablement;
  • Support communication between the product and global sales teams, facilitating the adoption and implementation of CRM tools;
  • Participate in the planning and creation of sales training materials to optimize the sales process and improve efficiency;
  • Conduct data analysis to provide market insights and optimize GTM strategies;
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure smooth execution of GTM initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s):

  • Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Computer Science or Computer Engineer, with the ability to understand system and product logic beyond surface-level usage
  • Strong logical thinking and the ability to break down complex problems; strong interest in AI, automation, and agent-based products
  • Comfortable with system configuration, data review, and issue troubleshooting
  • Strong learning ability and sense of ownership; able to move work forward in an environment with incomplete or evolving definitions
  • Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork mindset, and basic project coordination skills
  • Available for at least 6 months

Preferred Qualification(s)

  • Background or experience in marketing, sales, or product-related roles is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with or strong interest in LLMs and AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
  • Practical experience with AI agents, workflows, or automation, including personal or side projects
  • Solid data awareness, such as understanding metrics and performing basic analysis using SQL or Excel
