Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Almaty for a Sales Account Manager. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing accounts. Key tasks include identifying and generating leads, delivering tailored solutions, and presenting services to potential clients. The role will also involve collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to manage and nurture client relationships effectively.
  • Proven experience in Account Management and handling complex client portfolios with a focus on retention and growth.
  • Skills in Lead Generation and the ability to identify new business opportunities and convert them into actionable sales.
  • Exceptional Communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in negotiation and problem-solving to address client needs and resolve issues promptly.
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure and maintenance services is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
