Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Generalist who will drive performance marketing initiatives across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, execution-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and scale performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
- Set up, optimize, and manage multiple ad accounts and campaign structures for both online and offline marketing initiatives
- Analyze campaign performance and drive data-led decision making
- Continuously improve key performance metrics such as:
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Conversion Rates
- Retention
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Plan and execute user acquisition and growth initiatives, including community engagement activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, operations) to drive marketing effectiveness
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities
- 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing / digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
- Understanding of funnel metrics like CAC, LTV, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and execution skills
- Experience in startup / e-commerce / FMCG / rural commerce is a plus
- Exposure to offline marketing campaigns is an advantage
- Basic understanding of CRM, retention marketing, or lifecycle marketing
