Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Generalist who will drive performance marketing initiatives across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, execution-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and scale performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
  • Set up, optimize, and manage multiple ad accounts and campaign structures for both online and offline marketing initiatives
  • Analyze campaign performance and drive data-led decision making
  • Continuously improve key performance metrics such as:
  • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
  • Conversion Rates
  • Retention
  • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
  • Plan and execute user acquisition and growth initiatives, including community engagement activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, operations) to drive marketing effectiveness
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities

Key Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing / digital marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Understanding of funnel metrics like CAC, LTV, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and execution skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in startup / e-commerce / FMCG / rural commerce is a plus
  • Exposure to offline marketing campaigns is an advantage
  • Basic understanding of CRM, retention marketing, or lifecycle marketing
