The Sales Role You’ve Been Working Toward

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive sales across the full cycle, from first outreach to final close
  • Pitch high-value recruitment solutions to growth-focused companies
  • Build and manage your own client portfolio - your success is in your hands
  • Develop long-term client relationships through consultative selling
  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure solutions are delivered successfully


You’ll Excel Here If You Have

  • Minimum of 1 year post-education experience in a sales role
  • Strong outbound experience and confidence in commercial conversations
  • Self-driven and motivated by results, growth, and income
  • Able to work fully on-site in Dublin 2, Monday–Friday
