Reports To: Chief Analytics Officer and Director of Operations
Basic Function
Oversees the day-to-day logistics of the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Education Program (PREP). Provides onsite guidance to program staff and coordinates with the administrative team to assure PREP is meeting both programmatic and budgetary goals. Acts as a community liaison to build local awareness and support of the agency and ensure the agency's longevity. Specifically, this position is responsible for:
Responsibilities
- Staff Oversight -Provides onsite guidance assisting staff with problem solving and strategizing particularly with member issues and concerns, but in all aspects of their jobs. Ensure daily coverage for group PREP and develop and implement alternate program plans as needed. As appropriate, maintain a small member caseload. Substitute as needed in PREP to ensure continuity of services. Communicate with the part-time remote PREP staff to ensure we are providing cohesive, coordinated services
- Logistics - Assist, oversee, approve and manage the following: Monthly Calendars. Vehicles, Facilities, Large Group Events, Volunteers, Program tracking, Community Networking, Service Projects, Distribution Center, Social Media
- Education, Training, Experience and Skill Requirements
- Minimum associate’s degree (bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred) and minimum of five (5) years’ experience in mental health, human services, organizational leadership, sales, marketing or event planning required
- Able to demonstrate understanding of and teach the principles of behavioral health, recovery and recovery-oriented services
- Must be comfortable supervising staff and working directly with members (program participants)
- Able to demonstrate strong administrative and supervisory skills
- Possesses and maintain valid driver’s license/safe driving record
Hours: 30 hrs/week with possibility of up to 37.5hrs/week. Flexible between M-F 9-4:30p
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
