As an Account Executive in our Services and Infrastructure Solutions team, you will be responsible for delivering a sales experience that drives customer loyalty, fosters account growth, and attracts new customers. Your efforts will directly enhance Data#3’s market position and contribute to our financial growth.


This role demands a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, the ability to handle complex deals, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships.


In this role you will:

  • Develop and execute a business plan for assigned territory to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Create strategic account plans for key clients, collaborating effectively with internal teams.
  • Lead large-scale tenders and proposals, ensuring comprehensive and competitive submissions.
  • Independently resolve customer issues and challenges, driving towards effective solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging Data#3's capabilities and partnerships.
  • Maintain strong commercial and contractual relationships throughout engagements.
  • Utilise marketing insights and industry knowledge to drive business growth within the sales territory.
  • Leverage internal AI tools to accelerate personal productivity


About You

  • Drives territory growth by building and executing clear, results-focused account plans that consistently hit or exceed targets.
  • Builds deep, strategic relationships with key stakeholders, quickly establishing trust and expanding influence across accounts.
  • Leads complex deals end-to-end, including large tenders, negotiations, and commercial ownership.
  • Spots and converts new opportunities beyond core offerings, collaborating internally to maximise deal value.
  • Uses data, financial insight, and ROI analysis to shape compelling, business-focused sales conversations.
  • Stay on top of important industry trends and guide customer interactions using valuable insights
  • Adapts messaging to different audiences, guiding customers through buying decisions with urgency and clarity.
  • Partners effectively with marketing, solution teams, and vendors to create aligned, high-impact sales outcomes.
  • You have a passion for translating technology into business outcomes
