Position Overview:

Marlyn Schiff Jewelry is seeking a motivated, sales-driven Wholesale Sales Account Executive to help grow and manage our expanding wholesale business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on relationship building, account development, and driving sales growth while working in a fast-paced fashion environment.


The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about fashion and accessories, with the ability to manage multiple accounts, identify opportunities for growth, and provide best-in-class customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow existing wholesale accounts while developing new business opportunities

- Build strong relationships with boutique owners, buyers, and retail partners nationwide

- Drive sales through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and account management

- Present seasonal collections, best sellers, and new product launches to accounts

- Process and manage wholesale orders from entry through fulfillment

- Communicate with clients regarding inventory availability, shipping timelines, and product recommendations

- Help to prepare for trade shows, showroom appointments, and market presentations and trunk shows

- Maintain accurate customer records, pricing, and account details within internal systems

- Monitor inventory levels, backorders, and reorder opportunities to maximize sales

- Create and update line sheets, sales tools, and merchandising materials

- Analyze account performance and identify opportunities to increase volume and expand product assortment


Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in wholesale sales, account management, or fashion sales preferred

- Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills

- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to drive revenue growth

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through

- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with order management systems

- Positive, collaborative, and team-oriented attitude

- Passion for fashion, jewelry, and accessories

- Will need to travel about 15% of the time to markets and important trunk shows


Preferred Skills:

- Experience in the fashion, accessories, or jewelry industry

- Trade show, showroom, or market week experience

- Familiarity with wholesale platforms and ERP systems

- Understanding of retail pricing, margins, and inventory management

- Existing relationships within the boutique or specialty retail market a plus
