About Pixly

Pixly is a full-service influencer marketing agency connecting top brands with creators to drive real results. We power campaigns for leading brands across gaming, D2C, tech, and entertainment, including Epic Games, Warby Parker, NordVPN, and Manscaped. Our team specializes in building high-impact, results-driven partnerships, leveraging creators to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.

The Role

The Senior Account Manager, Strategy, builds influencer campaigns that people actually care about—and that actually perform. From attention to action, they know how to turn smart creator strategy into real business outcomes, not just nice-looking metrics.

They’re a trusted strategic partner for clients, a driver of growth across accounts, and a key voice in shaping new business ideas. Equal parts thinker and doer, they blend sharp strategy with deep industry knowledge to deliver results across paid, earned, and shared channels.

What You’ll Do

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Own influencer campaigns end-to-end, from concept through execution and optimization
  • Identify, vet, and secure creators who truly align with the brand and audience
  • Structure and negotiate partnerships, manage contracts, and oversee budgets with a focus on performance and efficiency
  • Lead campaign execution, monitor live performance, and proactively optimize or troubleshoot as needed
  • Use tools like Sprout Social Influencer/Tagger, SullyGnome/TwitchMetrics, Gospel Stats, and AI tools to sharpen strategy and performance
  • Turn campaign results into clear takeaways, not just reports
  • Ensure compliance across FTC, platform, and contractual requirements

Client Leadership

  • Serve as a senior strategic partner, guiding clients on channel mix, KPIs, and performance expectations
  • Lead performance-driven campaigns with a strong understanding of CAC, CPI, and conversion
  • Translate data into stories clients understand and believe in
  • Stay on top of platform shifts, trends, and creator dynamics and bring that thinking forward into all aspects of Pixly

Growth & New Business

  • Spot opportunities to grow existing accounts—new channels, new formats, new approaches
  • Support new business efforts by shaping influencer strategy, contributing to RFPs, and helping with ideas that win
  • Build relationships across clients, creators, and partners that open the door to what’s next

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in influencer marketing across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, and other platforms
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end campaigns with a strong performance marketing lens (CAC, CPI, conversion)
  • Deep understanding of the creator ecosystem (bonus if you know gaming culture)
  • Experience managing creator partnerships, negotiations, and campaign budgets
  • Fluency with AI and LLM tools, with a clear point of view on how they can enhance strategy, creator selection, and performance not replace critical thinking
  • Comfort working with data, identifying patterns, and turning insights into action
  • Experience contributing to new business pitches and RFPs
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in presenting to senior clients
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
