Title: Creator Partnerships - Account Executive
Salary Range: $80,000-$120,000
Location: Onsite - HQ on Abbot Kinney
Overview
We are the world's largest marketplace for online fitness challenges with creators. We're based in Los Angeles and work with creator partners in 30+ countries.
We're looking for a driven Account Executive to grow and manage our creator partnerships. The ideal candidate is a strong seller and relationship-builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance multiple partners while driving profitable growth.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in sales or account management (selling, running calls, managing relationships, growing partner revenue).
- Proven track record of meeting targets and managing multiple partnerships.
- Comfortable in a startup environment; strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Bachelor's degree
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of new and existing creator partners (50K-20M followers) to launch and scale products (e.g., fitness programs).
- Own the sales cycle from discovery to close
- Prospect and convert high-potential creators via email, calls, and outreach campaigns.
- Track and report sales and partnership metrics (pipeline, conversion rate, revenue, churn, LTV) in our CRM.
- Identify and surface new growth opportunities and product feedback for partners and internal teams.
- Work closely with Senior AE and our Director of Creator Operations
