Job Description

  • Manage and grow assigned merchant accounts by tracking performance and encouraging participation in ShopeeFood campaigns and promotions.
  • Achieve monthly KPI targets through co-funded campaigns and promotional initiatives, with commission incentives tied to performance.
  • Work closely with merchants to address their sales and operational challenges.
  • Identify and develop high-potential merchants within the assigned area and convert them to ShopeeFood merchants.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and a positive merchant experience.
  • Monitor and report competitor activities and market trends within the assigned areas.
  • Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in business development, relationship/ account management or sales (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Diploma or SPM graduates from all backgrounds are welcome to apply.
  • Flexible to travel within your assigned area for merchant visits.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with merchants and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Melayu, Chinese language or other dialects will be an advantage.
  • Flexible to work on-ground during peak periods or as business needs require.
