Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Proposal Coordinator based in the Portland, Oregon Metropolitan Area. The Proposal Coordinator will be responsible for managing the coordination, preparation, and submission of proposals, ensuring all materials align with client requirements and company standards. Key responsibilities include responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), writing and editing proposal materials, maintaining proposal content archives, and collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality submissions.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Proposal Coordination and Proposal Management
  • Proficiency in Proposal Preparation and Proposal Writing
  • Understanding and hands-on experience with responding to RFPs
  • Proficient in Indesign & Adobe products
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with clients to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in relevant design and editing tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar software) is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
