Application Support Analyst

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

• Analysis and administration of the transaction flow and individual transactions using Oracle SQL, Postman and Open Search
• Maintenance of the business-critical payment services
• Interaction with the partners about transaction flows
• Prompt incident response
• Creating and managing incident reports
• Guidance and coordination of employees responsible for resolving incidents
• Provisioning, monitoring, and detection of problems and faults in payment services
• Making decisions regarding payments

Must-have

• Basic knowledge of SQL (ability to query, troubleshoot, and analyze data)
• Experience working with Linux environments
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve technical issues
• Advanced English (written and spoken)

• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana)
• Exposure to cloud, networking, or system administration
• Basic programming/scripting skills (any language)
• Experience with OpenSearch or similar tools
• Understanding of financial processes or fintech domain

• Able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
