What You'll Own
- Problem framing and discovery: Translate feature requests into clear problem statements through structured conversations, research, and analysis before proposing solutions. - Strategic product ownership: Become the product expert for assigned product areas by understanding workflows, user behavior, technical considerations, and business impact. - Roadmap and prioritization: Build and maintain focus-area roadmaps, prioritizing work based on user value, company strategy, and measurable outcomes. - End-to-end delivery: Work closely with Engineering and Design from concept through requirements, build, launch, and iteration. - Stakeholder alignment: Lead productive discussions and ensure decisions are documented and aligned across teams. - Client request intake and synthesis: Partner with Customer Success and Sales to understand incoming client requests, ask thoughtful follow-up questions, and identify patterns across feedback. Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or a similar environment. - Demonstrated ability to conduct customer discovery and translate insights into clear product requirements. - Strong analytical thinking and comfort using data to inform decisions. - Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering and Design. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Comfortable navigating ambiguity and competing stakeholder priorities. What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months)
- You have a deep understanding of the product and product strategy. - You are familiar with industry standards and market trends. - You have completed discovery for 3–5 product ideas. - You have delivered 3–5 roadmap projects from requirements through release. - You maintain product documentation.
