Key Roles / Responsibilities

  • Client relationship management and business development: managing client relationships, building upon the assigned portfolio, owning the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close
  • Support identification and qualification of new business opportunities
  • Client delivery assurance: collaboration with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfillment of all commitments to the client
  • Conduct research as well as competitor analysis, as well as conducting client presentations, estimation efforts and proposals and negotiations
  • Conduct account research (financials, strategy, KPIs, segment performance)
  • Monitor client needs across their segments & product groups
  • Assist in managing relationships with mid-level client stakeholders
  • Support preparation for client meetings, QBRs, and executive reviews
  • Balance different projects running for the client that may involve different delivery managers or horizontal competency units’ resources.
  • Contribute to creation of proposals, RFP responses, and presentations
  • Work closely with the Solutions Leader to build customized solutions pitches for the target account, and drive the revenues and delivery of these solutions to the account scope
  • Support development of value propositions, differentiated messaging & assist in building business cases with measurable value (cost savings, revenue impact, efficiency gains)
  • Proactively networks for new-customer contacts with intention of building long-lasting business relationships. Gather market data and competitor intel.


Required Education, Experience, And Qualifications

  • Minimum of two (2) years of sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events as required.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and delivery teams.
