Role Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Event Coordinator to support the execution of our robust event programs, with a focus on delivering an exceptional experience for speakers and sponsors. This role primarily supports virtual corporate events and webinars, requiring strong coordination across digital platforms and a distributed, global team.


This is a remote, part-time, entry-level role ideal for someone early in their career who is excited to learn, take ownership, and contribute to high-impact events. While most work is focused on virtual experiences, there may be occasional opportunities to support in-person event activities.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage and coordinate communications with event speakers and sponsors
  • Maintain and update event microsites with accurate, timely information
  • Run and distribute weekly event reports
  • Help create a smooth, organized, and memorable experience for event attendees
  • Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones and manage dynamic calendars
  • Support general event operations and logistics as needed


Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt quickly, prioritize effectively, and navigate multiple streams of communication
  • Demonstrates initiative, ownership, and follow-through, while knowing when to seek input or clarification
  • Sound judgment and the ability to balance independent work with team collaboration
  • A customer-focused mindset when working with speakers, sponsors, and attendees
  • Proactive, curious, and resourceful in solving problems
  • Collaborative and positive in approach, with a willingness to step in and support the team where needed
  • Background or interest in event planning or coordination ideal
  • Experience with scheduling tools or reporting dashboards ideal
