Commercial Director

Our client is a well-established, fast-growing Third-Party Logistics provider (3PL). They are seeking a Commercial Director C.E.S. (Centralized Examination Station) to join their existing team. Candidates ideally reside within reasonable proximity to the Port of Houston. This is a brand-new position!

Commercial Director - C.E.S. (Remote/Hybrid):

• Must have experience driving volume, revenue, and strategic partnerships via the Houston Port Authority and CBP (Customs and Border Patrol) for the import of goods
• Must have experience developing relationships across the import/export ecosystem including shippers, customs brokers, ocean carriers, NVOCC's and port stakeholders, to influence routing decisions and increase utilization of CES facilities
• Must have a demonstrated ability to organically grow freight volume and revenue through relationship-driven engagement rather than traditional RFP sales
• Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time
• Salary likely $170 - $200K + bonus, benefits, PTO
