Position Overview
We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated, and eager-to-learn Sales Development Representative who is excited to start their career in sales and gain hands-on experience in the medical device industry. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside leading global healthcare companies such as Philips, Sony, and Boston Scientific, while building valuable industry knowledge and professional sales expertise.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and engage potential leads through calls, emails, and social outreach.
- Qualify prospects and schedule product demos for the sales team.
- Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and repeat engagements through proactive support and strategic partnership
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs
- Collaborate with internal research, sales, and product teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
- Prepare and lead client meetings, presentations, and business reviews
- Maintain detailed and accurate client activity in CRM systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in client services in a B2B setting is an asset. (preferably within healthcare, market research, or consulting)
- Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and multi-phase projects
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly medical devices or life sciences, is a strong asset
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: CA$45,000 – CA$55,000 per year
- Sales Commission: Uncapped commission on total sales up to 100% of salary
- Total Target Compensation (OTC): CA$100,000 – CA$140,000+ annually
