To take direction and strategy from the Head of Marketing and turn it into action — creating content, campaigns, and collateral that build the brand, support sales, and engage customers. This role is about doing, creating, testing, and improving, not just planning.
- Bring the marketing plan to life through consistent, high-quality execution.
- Apply and actively champion the Venta brand across the business.
- Strengthen Venta’s online presence through regular, creative digital output.
- Use physical touchpoints to reinforce the Venta brand.
Must haves:
- Grasp of adobe creative suite of tools – InDesign, Illustrator, PremierePro, LightRoom, PhotoShop.
- Grasp of social media content creation.
- Good understanding of budget management
- A high-energy, hands-on mindset — you enjoy being busy and making things happen.
- A naturally creative thinker who can generate multiple ideas, not just one.
- A strong bias to action - you prefer building, testing, and improving over waiting for perfection.
- Comfortable working at pace and juggling multiple priorities without losing momentum.
- Confident pushing creative boundaries within clear brand direction.
- Happy taking ownership of delivery while working under the guidance of the Head of Marketing.
- Open to feedback and able to adapt quickly without taking things personally.
- Comfortable managing up - asking questions, challenging constructively, and seeking clarity.
- Resilient, positive, and solutions-focused, even when priorities change.
- Organised enough to get things over the line, not just started.
