Brand Marketing Manager – 6 month FTC
Exclusive opportunity to join a nationally recognised retail and automotive services organisation as a Brand Marketing Manager for a 6 month FTC. The successful candidate will support the delivery of consumer marketing campaigns, retail brand initiatives and customer engagement activity during a busy period of transformation and growth.
This is a hands-on role suited to an established marketing professional with strong brand and campaign delivery experience who can quickly integrate into a fast-paced, matrix-led environment and confidently manage projects from concept through to execution.
Hybrid working – Hampshire or Warwickshire – 2 days a week in office, 3 from home
£50k (prorated for 6 month FTC)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage integrated consumer marketing and retail brand campaigns across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
- Support the implementation and activation of brand strategy across customer-facing campaigns and initiatives
- Manage projects from initial concept and briefing through to implementation, execution and review
- Drive customer engagement activity across retail environments and marketing channels
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all channels, creative output and customer communications
- Bring the brand to life through creative campaign execution and customer-facing activity
- Write creative and design briefs and manage agency relationships and external partners
- Work closely with operational stakeholders, including centre managers and regional leadership teams
- Collaborate across channel and marketing teams within a matrix structure to deliver integrated campaigns
- Support budget management and ensure activity aligns to wider commercial and business objectives
- Review and proof marketing and creative materials to ensure quality and brand consistency
Skills & Experience
- Established Brand Marketing Manager or Marketing Manager with experience operating at this level for 3–5 years
- Background within retail, automotive, consumer or multi-site marketing environments preferred
- Strong campaign management and consumer marketing experience across multiple channels
- Commercially minded with experience managing budgets and supporting business performance objectives
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills across both marketing and operational teams
- Experience managing agencies, external partners and cross-functional stakeholder groups
- Experience working within matrix marketing structures
- Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Creative, hands-on and delivery-focused approach with a willingness to support day-to-day execution as required
