VP Enterprise Applications

- Lead and develop a high-performing team of 20+ professionals, establishing clear accountability and ownership at all levels

- Lead the integration of application landscapes across multiple entities, driving standardization, simplification, and scalability
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of ERP, CRM, and HRIS platforms, ensuring delivery against defined business value targets
- Execute across multiple concurrent initiatives with tight prioritization and disciplined delivery

- Define and execute integration strategies that accelerate synergy realization
- Partner with corporate development and leadership on M&A due diligence and integration planning
- Drive the technology integration of acquired companies, including application rationalization and data alignment
- Implement portfolio governance and prioritization frameworks to manage competing demands and ensure focus on highest-value initiatives
- Build a culture where leaders are accountable for outcomes, not activities
- Drive execution discipline, transparency, and measurable performance tracking
- Develop and manage roadmaps explicitly tied to EBITDA impact, cost reduction, and scalability
- Act as a trusted advisor and operator to executive leadership, with the ability to influence and challenge where needed
- Translate business strategy into clear, executable technology priorities
- Communicate effectively across all levels, including board-level visibility where required
- Align cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, HR, Sales, and Operations
