Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Zastupnik u osiguranju (Insurance Representative) located in Belgrade. The responsibilities include advising clients on insurance products, identifying customer needs, and offering tailored solutions to provide optimal coverage. The role involves maintaining strong client relationships, managing policy documentation, and supporting clients in decision-making processes. The Insurance Representative will also work to meet sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, or client relationship management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of insurance products and services or a willingness to learn
• Organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in policy documentation
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet sales targets
• Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to various client needs
• Fluency in Serbian; proficiency in English is an advantage
• Previous experience in the financial or insurance sector is a plus
• A university degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred
