Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Field Service Technician located in New England region or/and Mid-West region . The Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial and wide-format inkjet printing equipment. This role involves providing maintenance services, ensuring optimal equipment performance, and offering technical support to clients. The technician may also be required to conduct on-site training for customers and assist with the proper usage of printing systems.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial or wide-format printing systems
• Experience with inkjet printing, industrial printing, and garment/textile printing technologies is preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand technical manuals and diagrams
• Excellent customer service and communication skills to work effectively with clients and team members
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently in an on-site environment
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client locations as needed
• Experience with training and providing guidance to clients is a plus
• Associate’s degree or technical certification in a related field or equivalent experience
