We are looking for a creative, outgoing, and motivated Marketing Intern to help grow our online presence, create engaging content, and assist with brand awareness across all three businesses.

Position Overview

The Marketing Intern will assist with social media management, content creation, client engagement, event promotion, and overall brand growth. This role is perfect for someone who loves beauty, trends, TikTok/Instagram, and creating viral or engaging content.

This internship offers hands-on experience in beauty marketing, branding, and social media strategy within a real-world luxury beauty business environment.

ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Content Creation

• Create engaging Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok content
• Film and edit reels, behind-the-scenes clips, and trend videos
• Capture client transformations, treatments, and salon culture
• Assist with posting daily stories and social media engagement
• Help brainstorm promotions, giveaways, and campaign ideas
• Create Canva graphics and promotional materials

Marketing & Brand Growth

• Assist with email marketing campaigns
• Help promote events, specials, and collaborations
• Support influencer and brand ambassador outreach
• Encourage client reviews and online engagement
• Monitor social media trends and suggest new ideas

Client Interaction

• Help greet clients during events or busy days
• Assist with event setup and promotional activities
• Support customer engagement both online and in person

Team Collaboration

• Work alongside estheticians, injectors, spray tan artists, and beauty professionals
• Attend content days, events, and promotional shoots
• Contribute creative ideas to help all businesses grow together

Qualifications

Preferred but not required:

• Interest in beauty, aesthetics, or social media marketing
• Experience using Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or Canva
• Comfortable taking photos/videos and being on camera
• Creative, organized, and self-motivated
• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Bonus Skills:

• Graphic design
• Photography or videography
• Editing apps (CapCut, Canva, Adobe, etc.)
• Knowledge of social media trends and algorithms
