- Participate and support the activities of the Health, Safety and Environment Management System.
- Canadian Master’s Certificate 500 GRT
- Mininum of one (1) year of experience in British Columbia coastal waters;
- Medical certificate issued by Transport Canada
- Skills certificates:
- MED Basic Safety STCW-2010
- Ability to operate lifeboats and rescue boats
- MED Advanced firefighting
- Restricted Operator’s Certificate – Commercial Maritime (ROC-CM)
- Certificate of marine basic first aid training at sea
- Knowledge in operating a quality system with ISM standards (SMS)
- Valid driver’s license (class 5)
- Language: advanced level in English, spoken and written
