Your tasks as Senior Sales Manager

The focus is clearly on the expansion and development of our business: You will create new contacts throughout the market, while existing customers will be developed in a targeted manner. This is not about short-term agreements, but about resilient, long-term relationships at eye level.

In exchange with decision-makers at C-level, you will understand how to quickly grasp complex requirements and translate them into convincing solutions. Your presentations are to the point, your reasoning is clear – and that's exactly what ensures a strong completion rate.

To ensure that offers not only sound good, but also fit perfectly, you will work closely with our internal teams and international partners. From the initial idea to the final implementation, you will keep track of everything and manage the sales process in a structured and independent manner.

You also ensure transparency in the background: Your CRM is not a necessary evil, but a real control tool with which you have your pipeline under control and recognize potential at an early stage.


Your profile – what sets you apart

Sound sales experience in the B2B environment forms the basis – ideally in areas such as IT, media technology, UC or comparable solutions that require explanation. It is not only what was sold that is decisive, but how: Advisory strength, security of conclusion and demonstrable success in a highly competitive environment speak for themselves.

A confident appearance, strong communication skills and a good sense for people will help you to convince at top management level. You are fluent in German and English - both in personal conversations and in presentations.

An existing network is a clear advantage, as is experience in dealing with national and international key accounts. At the same time, you have the necessary curiosity and drive to actively open up new markets and contacts.

Working independently is a matter of course for you – as is a structured approach and a clear focus on solutions instead of problems. Even in challenging situations, you remain capable of acting, prioritize sensibly and do not lose sight of your goals.

You enjoy working in international teams, and you see different perspectives as a strength. Flexibility is simply part of it for you – both in terms of working hours and travel.
