Business Analyst

The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform defect triage to assess severity, impact, and prioritization of issues across systems. Conduct detailed defect analysis and propose effective resolution approaches aligned with business and technical requirements.

Design and document solutions for defects and work items, ensuring clarity for development and implementation.

Develop and execute data validation processes to support program integrity and ensure accuracy of system outputs.

Manage Maintenance & Operations activities, including identifying root causes, resolving production issues, and implementing minor system enhancements to address gaps.

Create and maintain data integrity queries to proactively detect inconsistencies and prevent downstream system impacts.

Perform in-depth data analysis using SQL Server to support troubleshooting, validation, and reporting needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of defects and continuous system improvement
