What You'll Do
- Clean and sanitize assigned areas following established schedules and healthcare standards
- Maintain and refinish hard surface flooring to a clean, polished appearance
- Shampoo carpets and remove stains as needed
- Maintain linen inventory and assist with special event setup
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively
- Identify and report maintenance or repair needs
- Assist with emergency spill cleanup when necessary
- Move and arrange furniture as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate positively with coworkers and leadership
- Adapt to changing priorities and daily needs within the facility
- Have a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Work well independently and as part of a team
- Take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prefer one (1) year of experience or a personal preference in Housekeeping in a health care facility
