Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Community Manager to oversee property operations at our new Keizer community.

Responsibilities include building positive tenant relationships through excellent customer service, managing property maintenance requests, coordinating with vendors, ensuring the timely collection of payments, as well as marketing and leasing vacant units. Additionally, the Community Manager will maintain records, adhere to compliance regulations, and proactively address issues to ensure tenant satisfaction and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Experience in property management, tenant relations, and lease administration
• Organizational and time management skills to handle day-to-day operations efficiently
• Proficiency in basic administrative tasks, including record-keeping and compliance documentation
• Familiarity with tenant screening, marketing vacant properties, and lease agreement procedures
• Ability to handle conflict resolution and provide effective problem-solving solutions
• Knowledge of Portland housing regulations and property management software is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications are advantageous
