Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour
What You'll Do
As a Project Auditor, you’ll play a key role in keeping our projects on track, on time, and up to DaBella’s high-quality standards. You’ll manage project details across various product lines and markets, helping us stay efficient, accurate, and customer-focused every step of the way.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate daily with vendors, subcontractors, and sales teams to drive multiple projects forward
- Ensure job deadlines, logistics, and quality expectations are consistently met
- Coordinate accurate and timely product orders to hit monthly install goals
- Partner with Office Managers and Installers to resolve challenges quickly and effectively
- Review contracts and create Material & Labor ATPs for accurate ordering
- Audit client contracts for accuracy and scope alignment while proactively managing timelines to ensure on-time completion and smooth installations.
- Track project progress through the full life-cycle using our customer service database
- Manage contractor back charges and commission adjustments as project changes occur
- Effective leadership and communication skills to influence across teams
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with frequent multitasking
- Tech-savvy and confident navigating Microsoft Office and digital platform
